Here in the village of Caromb, the Quiot family has owned 13 hectares of vineyards since 1880.The Mount Ventoux
At the foot of Mount Ventoux, the 13 hectares domain surrounds an old farmhouse, typical of the area. The Domain entrance in flanked by two hundred years old cypresses that have formed a natural arch. In the subsoil, a network of streams dating from Roman times brings water to the buildings.

The grape varieties are those traditionally planted here, being 65 % Grenache, 20 % Syrah 10 % Cinsault and 5% Carignan with an average age of 30 years. The vineyard is planted with a density of 4 000 vines per hectare.
The soil varieties are largely alluvial dating back when the Rhône Valley was formed, with large deposits of stony, clay soil lying over sand and silt, with proportion of chalk and limestone rock.

The complete wine-making process is traditional, starting with hand picking and limiting the production of 40 hectoliter per hectare. Careful selection of the grapes is made at pressing, with the best vats being separately vinified for 12-14 days. The Domaine produces an average of 6 000 cases, most of which is exported.

In  2003, for the first time in the history of the Domain, Jérôme Quiot, regarding the excellent millesim decides to produce a "Prestige" Cuvee.
