Côtes du Ventoux

The grape varieties are those traditionally planted here, being 65 %
Grenache, 20 % Syrah 10 % Cinsault and 5% Carignan with an average age of 30 years. The
vineyard is planted with a density of 4 000 vines per hectare. The complete wine-making process is traditional, starting with hand picking and limiting the production of 40 hectoliter per hectare. Careful selection of the grapes is made at pressing, with the best vats being separately vinified for 12-14 days. The Domaine produces an average of 6 000 cases, most of which is exported. In 2003, for the first time in the history of the Domain, Jérôme Quiot, regarding the excellent millesim decides to produce a "Prestige" Cuvee.
