This is a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah planted on a single type of
soil : a clay and rocky limestone soil. The brunches grapes are carefully sorting out, as harvest is only hand-made. The wine has been traditionally vinified in thermo regulated tanks. Vatting time for 10 days at 28°C. This wine will be packaged either in 6 or 12 bottle cases. A dark ruby red robe, this wine offers a red fruits nose, expensive and sweetly tannic with a very good persistance.
