This is a blend of 65% Grenache white, 16% Roussanne, 11% Clairette, 6% Bourboulenc,
2% Picpoul and Picardan
Vinification
The harvest is done entirely by hand, with the grapes transported in refrigerated lorries. Direct pressing with a
pneumatic press at 16 - 18°C with strict temperature control. Maturation in cement
tanks.
Characteristics of 2002 Vintage.
Clear golden color with a very open on the nose, with complex citrus and floral aromas. Very full in the mouth, good fruit and a long finish.
Serving suggestions
Serve at around 12°C with sea urchins with a coral sauce, red mullet, salad of artichokes, and fresh goat’s cheese.
