The vines are composed of three grape varieties: Grenache noir (60%), Syrah
(20%) and Carignan (20%) which have an average of 35 years. Trellising is done according to traditional methods. Selective harvesting is done entirely by hand. The wine is given a long maceration, for 20 days, with the temperature being controlled at 28°C. This wine combines fine aromas with the characteristics of its terroir. On the nose it is elegant and racy, with smooth full tannins in the mouth and a perfect balance. Serve in good-sized glasses at 16°C. A perfect partner to terrines, dishes with well-flavoured sauces, red meats and cheese.
