the harvest, 100% of the grapes destemmed, maceration of 20 days at 30°C under
controlled temperature.

Ruby-red color, black fruit notes, spicy, deeply scented, rich taste with
balanced fruit, acidity and tannin. Subtle and complex.
Can keep five years minimum.

Serve in large glasses.
