The History of Vignobles Jérôme Quiot.

Vignobles Jérôme Quiot are a private limited company with all shares held by Quiot family. They are the vineyard owners in three different appellations with 200 hectares of vines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes du Ventoux and Côtes de Provence.

They enjoy a long-established reputation in these different areas, since they have been wine growers for more than two centuries in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of the biggest of the area and it is run by the family for several generations.
The vineyards in Côtes du Ventoux, at Caromb are owned for more than one century by the Quiot's familly.
Domaine Houchart is situated at Puyloubier in Côtes de Provence. Jérôme Quiot has just bought a new wine property in 2002 of 35 ha of AOC Côtes de Provence close to Domaine Houchart.

They created in October 1999 a subsidiary at 100% : Jérôme Quiot Sélection company. This company proposes a complementary range of wines from the Rhône Valley with some Côtes du Rhône Villages, Gigondas and Vacqueyras.
These wines are aged and bottled at Vignobles Jérôme Quiot in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
